Terms and Conditions
Your application to the Trust assumes acceptance of the below terms and conditions. Please contact us prior if you have any queries.
The applicant agrees as follows;
Funds
Applicants will be informed of the Trustee recommendations within ten days of meeting. Meetings are typically held in April and October.
You are required to use the grant exclusively for the project/activity.
You must not use the grant to pay for any debts you have incurred or commitments you have made before the grant was approved.
You are required to notify us if you anticipate any significant changes to the Project's aims
If an application is granted, but these terms and conditions are not accepted the offer may be withdrawn
Project completion
If, for any reason, the specified project cannot be completed the applicant will advise the Trust in writing to email address keithlaugesentrust@gmail.com
If, for any reason, the specified project is not completed, or if it is completed for less than the amount awarded, the applicant will repay funds/remaining funds to the Trust’s nominated bank account. The Trustees in their sole discretion will decide the amount to be repaid.
Reporting
The applicant will provide a brief written report not later than three months after completion of the project. The Trustees may at their sole discretion request an interim report during the project.
You are required to give us, or any person nominated by us, access to all records relating to the Project.

Information and publicity
You agree to acknowledge our grant in your marketing materials. In doing so, you are required to follow any branding and publicity guidelines that we have in place from time to time.
You agree that we may publish your name, the amount of the grant and details relating to the Project on either our website or in any other media releases.
You agree that we may share information with other persons or organisations from whom you may seek a grant or financial support.
